For your first visit please plan for about a one hour visit. After checking in, you’ll sit down with the doctor to talk through your health history, discuss what is bringing you in, and what you’re hoping to achieve with care. We’ll then perform a thorough exam, postural check and take vitals. If there are no adverse concerns or advance testing needed, you may receive your first adjustment during that same visit.

You’ll then return within the same week to review your results and go over a personalized plan tailored specifically to you and your goals. This visit allows us to walk you through our findings, answer any questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward. Please plan for about 45 minutes.

Follow-up visits typically range from 15–30 minutes, depending on your individual needs. We truly value your care and prioritize thorough, unrushed appointments so you always feel supported, heard, and taken care of.

• New Patient Visit — $120
  Your initial visit includes a detailed health history, examination, first adjustment (when clinically appropriate), and a follow-up visit to review progress and recommendations.

• Mommy + Me New Patient Visit (2) — $200
  Designed for postpartum mothers and babies to be evaluated together during the same visit. This option allows us to support both mom and baby during the postpartum transition while creating space for connection, healing, and nurturing care for the family as a whole.

  • Additional family members may be added to the same new patient appointment for $80 per person. Caring for the household together can help support overall family wellness, regulation, stress management, and allow everyone to heal and thrive together.

  • This option is not limited to newborns and newly postpartum mothers. If this type of family-centered visit interests you, please give our office a call, as these appointments require additional time to be reserved.

• Follow Up Visits — $45–$65 per visit
  We offer flexible pricing through packages and membership options based on your provider’s recommendations and care goals.

• Therapies — $25–$50 per visit

  We offer services in addition to your adjustment. These include soft tissue work, IASTM, cupping, cranial work and TMJ relief. Prices vary based on your need.

No. Our practice is intentionally out-of-network with insurance so we can focus on what matters most: you and your individual needs.

When care is dictated by insurance companies, treatment decisions are often based on preset rules, visit limits, and reimbursement policies—not on what is clinically appropriate for each person. By operating outside of insurance networks, we are able to provide personalized, one-on-one care, spend the time your case actually requires, and tailor treatment plans based on your goals, progress, and response to care—not an insurance formula.

We also strive to keep care accessible, with rates that are often comparable to a typical co-pay.

Superbills & Reimbursement

While we are not in-network, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes diagnosis and procedure codes, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by insurer and policy. 

HSA & FSA Accepted

We also accept HSA and FSA cards, which can often be used to pay for chiropractic care using pre-tax dollars—making care more affordable and flexible.

Absolutely! We are a family-friendly office and understand that bringing little ones along is sometimes part of the process. We even have a children’s play area so your kids can stay occupied while you receive care.
