Meet Dr. Adrienne

Dr. Adrienne knew she wanted to be a chiropractor since she was just five years old. Growing up as the daughter of a chiropractor, she saw firsthand the powerful impact that chiropractic care could have on people’s lives. Regular adjustments weren’t just something her family did when they were in pain—they were an essential part of their wellness routine.

Inspired by her father’s dedication to helping others and by her own experiences under care, Dr. Adrienne made it her lifelong mission to share those same benefits with others. She believes that every family deserves access to natural, preventative care that supports the body’s ability to heal itself. Through her practice, she strives to create a welcoming environment where people of all ages can experience the same level of health, vitality, and connection that shaped her own upbringing.

Education and Credentials

Dr. Adrienne earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. While in school, she discovered her true passion and was selected to complete her clinical training with a prenatal and pediatric focus. This experience strengthened her dedication to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

She is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), a specialized technique designed to support pelvic balance and comfort during pregnancy. She is currently pursuing her Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics to further advance her expertise in family care.

In addition to her chiropractic education, Dr. Adrienne is a BirthFit® Coach and has completed specialized training with Spinning Babies® and the Body Ready Method®—approaches that emphasize functional movement, alignment, and preparation for an optimal birth experience. She is also a clinical training graduate of Nutrition Response Testing®, allowing her to integrate holistic nutritional and wellness assessments into her patient care.

Dr. Adrienne’s ongoing education reflects her deep commitment to empowering families through all stages of life—from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and beyond. Her approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based care, and a genuine dedication to helping each patient achieve balance, resilience, and vitality.

Outside of the Practice

During the early years of her career, Dr. Adrienne and her husband, Sean, moved often as part of his service in the U.S. Navy. Their journey took them to Florida, Colorado, and Connecticut, where Dr. Adrienne had the privilege of caring for a variety of families—experiences that shaped her both personally and professionally, and created lasting friendships along the way.

After years of moving around the country they were ready to begin the next chapter of their lives.  With Sean’s family nearby, the South Shore became the ideal spot for them to put down roots. As a Georgia native, Dr. Adrienne is excited to explore more of New England, raise her family by the beach, and be part of a community she’s thankful to call home.
